Once an order is placed, it cannot be modified or canceled if production has already begun—especially for personalized items.

We ship to the address provided at checkout. Delivery times may vary based on destination and shipping method selected. While we do our best to ship on time, delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather are beyond our control.

Due to the custom nature of our prints, we generally do not accept returns. However, if your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at shop@overwrote.com, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
