Folks Always questioning

If there is any aspect of personalization or customization involved with your order, we’ll be sure to send a proof for your approval prior to production and fulfillment.

We offer both. If you’ve purchased a physical print and need it quicker or would rather print it yourself, just let us know and we can get you the high-res file to print however you like. We’ll even reimburse you for the shipping costs, since nothing will be physically sent.

We use a nice 60lb heavy-weight matte-finish paper that’s sourced just a few miles from our studio in Dallas, TX.

By default, unless explicitly called out in the description, frames are NOT included. The prints ship by themselves, unless a frame is also purchased. If you do purchase a frame with your print, we’ll be sure to frame the print before it’s shipped.

For prints 8×10″ and smaller: prints are placed and sealed inside a protective plastic shield bag. The print is then placed inside a rigid flat cardboard envelope.

For prints 11×14″ and larger: prints are placed inside a flexible plastic sleeve for protection. The print is then rolled and placed inside a rigid cardboard tube and sealed with plastic ends that are taped to stay in place.

All of our prints are shipped from Dallas, TX (expect for anything 24×36″ or larger – those are shipped via 3rd party from whichever warehouse is closest to you.) 99% of the remaining prints are shipped 6 days/week using whichever type of shipping that’s chosen during checkout.

Just reach out to us above and we’ll get you taken care of. This does happen from time to time during shipping, but rest assured we can have another print on the way within 24 hours.
